These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Wenbo Qiu ("we", "us") regarding your use of Bolt SSH (the "App").

Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The Service

Bolt SSH is an SSH client for iOS and Android that lets you connect to remote servers and manage terminal sessions from your mobile device. The App does not provide any server infrastructure — you must have your own lawful access to any server you connect to. We may adjust features as needed, with reasonable advance notice.

2. Pro Purchase (Coming Soon)

• Free tier: the free version allows saving up to 2 hosts; all core connection features are unrestricted.
• Pro (one-time purchase): Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited hosts and future advanced features — no subscription, no auto-renewal.
• Payment & restore: purchased through the Apple App Store; the applicable price is shown in the App at the time of purchase. After switching or reinstalling on a device, choose "Restore Purchases" in the app to regain your entitlement.
• Refunds: subject to the Apple App Store refund policy.

3. Lawful Use

You agree to use the App only to connect to servers you own or have explicit authorization to access. You must not use the App for:

• unauthorized access to others' computer systems or networks;
• any activity that violates applicable law or regulation;
• abusing the App through automated scripts or bulk requests.

Violations may constitute a criminal offence. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App and accept no liability for consequences of such violations.

4. Credentials & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your SSH credentials (passwords, private keys, passphrases, etc.). We recommend:

• using a unique strong password or SSH key pair for each server;
• enabling App Lock (Face ID / fingerprint) to prevent others from viewing saved hosts on your device;
• being cautious with the "Save password" feature on shared devices.

You bear responsibility for any consequences resulting from credential exposure or device loss.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee connection stability or compatibility with any particular server configuration;
• the security of an SSH connection depends on your server configuration and network environment; we are not responsible for the security of third-party servers;
• to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

6. Intellectual Property

• The App's interface, trademarks, code, and related intellectual property are owned by us and protected by law;
• without our written permission, you may not copy, modify, decompile, or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the App.

7. Changes, Interruption & Termination

• We may suspend service for upgrades, maintenance, or force majeure, with reasonable advance notice where practicable;
• you may stop using the App and delete it from your device at any time.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time and update the "Effective" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance; if you do not agree, please stop using the App.

9. Disputes

Any dispute arising from these Terms should first be resolved amicably. Nothing here affects the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country or region of residence.
